High Quality Control: The time spent on Quality Control is approximately 25% of the actual drawing creation time. Our rigorous Quality Control procedures mean confidence in an error free product. This is a major advantage as the clients' quality assurance time is minimized, if not eliminated, therefore leading to substantial savings.
The Quality Control is meticulous and meets the highest international standards. Product quality is assured by specialists and engineers using the best hardware and software available to the industry.
The process of converting hard-copy and other graphic media into digital CAD format is done through Three Quality Control stages that take the drawing from a high quality scanned image to a completed CAD file.
Fast Turnaround Time: As a rule 30% more resources, than what is normally required, are allocated to regular projects in order to complete them ahead of schedule. This will avoid unpleasant surprises and leave enough time within the schedule to perform "rush jobs" that arrive at the last moment.
Professionalism: Most personnel working for Transcad Digital Solutions and Transcad in Egypt are highly qualified engineers. Transcad has over 80 engineers from various disciplines providing the highest product quality to our customers.

The Production Facility in Egypt is situated in a high security "Free Zone" area in Cairo. Access to the Free Zone is restricted to employees and authorized personnel only. Customs and security personnel perform searches upon any items entering or leaving this Free Zone area.
Within the production center facilities, it is strictly forbidden to enter or exit the premises carrying diskettes or other magnetic media whether personal or business-related. Business-related media enters and exits through one designated area only.
Transcad Digital Solutions maintains a backup copy of all digital files sent to the client. Once the client has downloaded the data into their system and verified the accuracy of the information, the client has the right to instruct Transcad Digital Solutions to destroy all files in its possession. A "Certificate of Destruction" can be issued to client upon request.
If immediate destruction is not necessary, backup copies are kept for up to three months in the event of loss of data by the customer, and then destroyed.
